Hi!

I am looking for responsible and caring roommates to replace me in my lease contract. I am needing to move back to Cali around mid March. Currently there are 2 females, including myself, in our 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Rent would be around $380-$610, depending on how many people live here. If there were 3 people, then rent would be around $380. The apartment has been renovated. We have 2 cats. Washer/dryer in unit. Amenities include balcony, furnished kitchen and living room, lots of storage space, TV, Internet. I'm also selling my 6 month old Twin Bed(box spring and mattress), shelf, etc. Text me at 9099632399 for more information. We would need roommates with a reliable income source.
