Default Any Good Home Workout Programs?

I've done the P90X program with good results, but now it's time to switch it up. Need some recommendations for any type of workout schedule/program that can be done at home (I have dumbbells, barbells and bench). Essentially, anything to build lean muscle mass with a schedule of approximately one hour a day for five days each week. I would love to set aside more time for better results, but life. I'll also take any good suggestions for a new diet as well. Always looking for new meal suggestions.

I did insanity for a while while I was on the way to losing 40lbs in 6 months a couple years ago.

Is that good for building muscle or losing weight? I have found that a lot of these programs are mostly geared towards people who are looking to shed pounds. I'm at the weight I want, just want to build muscle and toned/definition.

Btw, I understand that building mass has a lot to do with caloric/nutrition intake...I've got that covered. Just looking for something to help with the ultimate goal of building defined muscle.

I really don't know. Insanity's all body-weight, bare-floor stuff with no additional weights, bands, pull-up bars, etc. so I would assume it's mainly focused on weight/fat loss and toning rather than mass building. I didn't do it very long, though. I found a much more effective weight loss program; working on the grounds crew at Highland Springs country club during one of the hottest summers in recent memory. It was a part-time, second job and I worked there explicitly to lose weight. The added benefits of a good tan and getting paid were nice, too.

Eh, I'm not looking to buy any more equipment. Plus, I live in a small apartment, so I'm limited to what I can do and with what. The idea is to not spend a lot of money. I would join a gym or get a personal trainer if I wanted to spend a lot of money on this.

Thanks for the suggestion, though. Never heard of it.

Follow Joe Donnelly on FB and give his 60 day AMLAB routine a try.

There's always bodybuilding.com, too.

If you want details, these books are good. Various iOS and Android apps to take the thinking and scheduling out.

Body Beast is by the same people that made p90x. The main guy in the video is hard to watch. Sergi or somthing. I fast forward it to the part where he demonstrates the exercise (if I forgot) then I pause it on the reps and sets and workout without listening to them. Then fast forward to the next exercise. I need to just screen shot it already so I can listen to music instead. Still a pretty good routine if you're just coming of p90x.

You may want to watch it all the way through the first time, so you know when a drop set is coming.
