WTT: 1996 Honda Civic CX Hatchback - KCSR

I have a nearly stock 1996 Honda Civic CX Hatchback with a D16Y7 and 5 speed manual transmission. As you can see from the pictures the car is very clean with typical wear for a 17 year old car. It has somewhere around 160k miles on it, but not 100% sure because shortly after getting this car I removed the stock gauge cluster and installed an EDM VTi cluster. The car runs and drives very well, AC and heat work great just had the AC recharged last week. It does not use or leak a drop of oil and it gets synthetic oil changes every 5000 miles. Also this car gets great gas mileage around 30 in town. Below is a list of good and bad with the car.

Pros:
AC/Heat work
Honda del Sol short throw shifter
EDM VTi gauge cluster (VERY RARE IN MPH)
Factory floor mats
Has original spare and tools
Has hatch cover still
Pioneer MP3/USB/Aux head unit with Pioneer speakers
D16Y8 intake manifold installed
New alternator
New AEM SRI
DOHC ZC header with aftermarket exhaust (Sound really good actually)
Yellow OEM style fog lights
Replica Mugen front lip
Skunk2 lowering springs on stock struts (Still rides good)
Aftermarket ICW 15x7 +38mm polished wheels with Kuhmo tires (Front tires are 20% rears are 70% need to be rotated soon.)
Stanley EK9 side markers

Cons:
Does have a little bit of rust in the rear passenger fender, previous owner tried to roll the fender and cracked the paint exposing the metal.
Clutch is showing age, will need replaced not to far down the road. I have a brand new in box clutch for it that will come with the car.
Front tires are 20% getting low, they need rotated to the rear and or replaced before winter.
Paint has a few scratches here and there but typical for 17 year old car.

Did a fresh oil change last night, SuperTech 5w30 full synthetic with a Purolator oil filter. Also rotated the tires, 80% tread up front, 40% in the rear. Hit me up people I've had a lot of tire kickers!! $3000 takes it until this other car I wan't is sold. Then I pull this back off the market for good!!
