Default Clean Boosted 2000 Honda Civic SI EM1 EBP

Sold!!!!
Year: 2000
Make: Honda
Model: Civic SI
Mileage. 185,000 motor has new head gasket and all new seals in the block.
Color: blue
HP: estimate of about 275 at 8psi
Price: PRICE DROP!!! $5000 Im about to trade it in and they are only gonna give me $4,500 SO come buy it before its to late!!!!
Phone: (573)480-2819
Shoot me a text if you got any questions at all. Also though if I realize that your a person that doesn't take care of your car and wont take care of this one, I don't care how much you pay because you wont get this car.

I have my SI for sale. I got a family and am going to college and need something to put a lot of miles on so I gotta sell and pay off loans. This winter I just stripped the engine bay and repainted. I tucked the headlight harness and the fuse box is under glove box and battery in the trunk. Interior is clean and the outside is clean. The front lip has a few scrapes and the passenger side skirt hit a curb before I got it.
NO AC and PS. When you have a sunroof you'll realize you don't need AC
Calipers are painted same color as motor now.
Mitsubishi turbo and injectors
P28 ECU
Wheels need repainted.
Rear golden blox lower control arms and lowered on skunk2 lowering springs
Has boost gauge and oil pressure gauge, but the oil pressure gauge isn't hooked up.
It has a tic that I've been told by many mechanics that is no big deal and edgar 2794 told me it was just lmas (lost motions). He apparently has the same thing going on. It isn't bad so there's nothing to be scared of.

As you can see I stripped all the grit and crap off the tranny, block, and head before I painted them.

When painted I used high heat paint and high heat clear coat. And everything was taped off well including the vin numbers on transmission and the block and as you can see I honed all 4 cylinders.

location of fuse box

This is where I relocated the proportional valve and the brake lines for MC come through bottom of firewall

Really is one of the cleanest I have seen. Great car and very fair price for the work as anyone can see. Wish I had the cash it would be mine. GLWS.

Thank you it's for sure clean. I just wish I had the money to buy a rywire harness and do some more tucking. And I may consider a trade I just really need to get something to drive back and forth to college everyday which adds up to like a hundred miles a day :/

Bump for a nice EM1. I'm the person who originally bought it 5 years ago and did the majority of the build on it. The last time I saw it, about a year and a half ago it was one of the cleanest EM1s I've ever seen.

Yea it seems to not be effecting it at all. I've seen no loss in performance in any way.

Well you did some good work. I love this car but I would feel bad putting hundreds of miles on it a week going back and forth to college. This car is for sure one of the cleanest em1's I've seen yet. Only one cleaner, other than my redone engine bay would be by best friends, but his does only have 70,000 miles on it.

Yea it doesnt affect anything it's just the clicking it does and if your not doing head work to it no point in fixing it gotta pull off cams to get to them
